Ganapathi Pooja
Lord Ganesha, who loves food, is being offered various food items by his devotees. It is believed that offering Lord Ganesha his favourite foods and conducting prayer rituals (puja) in his name will satiate Ganapati and make him happy, blessing his devotees with prosperity. In his right-side hands, Ganapati is holding an Ankush (a goad) and his broken tusk, respectively. In one left hand, he is holding a Pasha (a noose) while the other left hand in front is in Varada Mudra.
